Life is sweet! The pool was opened on Friday, so summer is sure to be along shortly! School is beginning to come to a close, though we'll still have ends to tie up over the next few weeks and a child or 3 may be working on a certain subject well into the summer.
Everyone's happy and healthy and we just had an amazing week of special services at church. I'm feeling renewed and full of hope.
Renna-Girl's logging the miles!!! She walks and walks and walks. Happy girl all the time just to play. We could sit and just watch her all day long.
We're on the brink of a very busy summer! It's all fun and exciting stuff by I'm anticipating it being over in a blink. Between camps, Nationals, and our 3 week cross-country road trip, just about every day is spoken for. Even still, I can't wait for the warm weather and change of pace.

That looks comfy :)
Reading time.

A lot of love going on :)
My Dad called to see if we wanted to meet him at the auction. I took the 2 boys. We bid on a couple things but left empty-handed. However, the boys were hooked!! For C4, what better place to spend money on junk you don't need (he's still so upset about losing a bid on two swords!) and for Nathanael, numbers, numbers, numbers spoken all night long! They're hooked!
Pop treated to Friendly's after.
Wednesday, May 15th
Sorry...it's the only picture I had from the day.
Thursday, May 16th
We spent almost the entire afternoon outside!
Friday, May 17th
Date night. We went to dinner at Olive Garden with some gift cards and then ate our Cold Stone at the fire pit.
Saturday, May 18th
Nathanael has a new job. He's on call for the neighbor dog any time Bob & Jules go away. Since Asher is so little and needy still, it was easier for us to have him at our house for the 2 days. He's soooo cute! Nathanael was very attentive to him and responsible. No accidents in the house and the dogs loved playing together.
Sportin' one of her new birthday outfits :)

Melody stopped on her way through to Boston. Us three girls stole a few hours away together to scheme what to do with the pictures, letters, and stories we have regarding my grandparents' love story.
We met up at Lisa's and right away were greeted with a big smile!
We had a lovely lunch together and then got to work reading, digging, organizing, planning.
I found this one of me right about Renna's age. We all decided there is definitely a resemblance.
When I got home I found this on the counter.
